The aim of any Legionella Risk Assessment that we do is to record and assess the extent, condition, design and management of your entire water system in your property. We will assess the risks of any Legionella bacteria contaminating the water and also assess the potential for this to infect people with Legionella's disease.

Our Legionella Risk Assessments are fully customisable, we will cater the assessment to your property type taking care to ensure that we assess all areas of you're the building and water system that might be affected.

As all properties are built differently there may be different issues regarding Legionella in all buildings. As no two building are alike. Areas in your building where water may sit for long periods without being used and is likely to stagnate. The stagnant water may have Legionella bacteria within it, we will assess all of the areas of the water system and then report back to you with our findings. We will then make recommendations to reduce the risks associated with stagnation.

Legionnaire's Disease Water Treatment

Legionnaire's disease is very dangerous and the first cases of it resulted in many deaths at a legion of the American army's reunion hence the name. It is recommended that you get a Legionella Risk Assessment if your existing property, new build, if you have a new extension, if you suspect it your water system is contaminated or if your water system has not been used for a while.
